The sole (1) has a base body (10), and a support zone (12) along a longitudinal direction of the base body. The support zone is utilized for supporting a heel of the foot of an adult i.e. pregnant women, and for supporting metatarsus of the foot. A stabilization edge (20) is utilized for stabilization of the heel, where the edge projects upwards from the support zone. A maintenance arch (30) projects upwards from a current part (16) of the body, and extends on interior lateral side from the current part. The edge and a massage pad (40) are connected, and the arch is connected to the pad.
