The method involves installing vertical wooden uprights (1). The vertical wooden uprights are staggered in rows at distance of 600 mm or at distance of 300 mm between a lower horizontal rail (3) and an upper horizontal rail (2) so as to displace and cover internal and external sides of the vertical wooden uprights by insulating material (9). The internal sides of the vertical wooden uprights are stabilized by spacers (10). The spacers are fixed between the wooden uprights in a horizontal manner.
