The sock (1) has an ankle portion intended to be in contact with a zone of wearer's ankle. An interior face (2) of the ankle portion is equipped with a network (3) of adherent points (3a), where the network is arranged for creating an effect of shearing in the zone at the time of a movement of the wearer's ankle. The network is intended to be in contact with Achilles tendon of a wearer when the ankle portion is located in rear of the sock, and the network is in contact with a side face of the wearer when the ankle portion is located at a side of the sock.
