PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nondestructive inspection system capable of easily performing fatigue degree measurement of a concrete structure, a monitoring system, and a nondestructive inspection method.;SOLUTION: A nondestructive inspection system 1 (monitoring system) comprises optical fiber sensors 12, optical fiber cables 14, a photoelectric converter 15, a PC 16, and the like. The optical fiber sensors 12 are fixed to a concrete structure 11 by fixation units 13 on both ends and arranged in two directions which are a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction. The PC 16 calculates distortion of the concrete structure 11 based on deviation of the optical fiber sensors 12 by a signal obtained from the optical fiber sensors 12 through the optical fiber cables 14 and the photoelectric converter 15. Also, the PC 16 performs fatigue degree measurement of the concrete structure 11 from an amplitude ratio of the distortion in two directions of the concrete structure 11 and estimates amount of deflection.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
