PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that can produce by low temperature atmospheric pressure in a production method of an anatase type titanium oxide particle fluid dispersion for forming an anatase type titanium oxide thin film.;SOLUTION: Provided is a production method of a fluid dispersion in which an anatase type titanium oxide particle is dispersed in a dispersion medium, and in which titanium alkoxide is stabilized by a stabilizer to be a precursor liquid, the precursor liquid is mixed with water that is used as a reaction solvent or a mixed liquid of water and an organic solvent and a quaternary ammonium salt, performed by hydrolysis, then heat-treated to thereby obtain an anatase type titanium oxide particle dispersion. The obtained fluid dispersion can easily form a transparent and uniform thin film by a spin coating method or the like, and can be used for a photocatalyst or the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
