PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an off-site type hydrogen station and a supply method of hydrogen for the off-site type hydrogen station which permits the discharging of more hydrogen in a short time from a hydrogen transportation container and, thereby, can make retention of the hydrogen transportation container unnecessary, and to provide a supply method of hydrogen for the off-site type hydrogen station.SOLUTION: An off-site type hydrogen station 1A includes: a pressure accumulating unit 2 having a plurality of pressure accumulators 211 capable of storing hydrogen; and a dispenser 3 capable of filling hydrogen stored in the respective pressure accumulators 211 into hydrogen fuel tanks of a fuel-cell vehicle (FCV). On the hydrogen station 1A, a hydrogen transportation container 50 which arrives at the station and the pressure accumulating unit 2 are connected via a hydrogen transfer pipe 4, and hydrogen in the hydrogen transportation container 50 is transferred to the pressure accumulators 211, the inner pressure of which is lower than a pressure in the hydrogen transportation container 50 (that is, the discharging of hydrogen to the hydrogen station 1A is performed).
