PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink color developing device and an ink color developing method, capable of automatically stably executing ink developing work.;SOLUTION: The present invention is the ink color developing device comprising: a color developing plate having an upper surface on which ink is to be dripped; a grooved bar provided on the color developing plate and having at least a part composed of a magnetic substance; a grooved bar moving mechanism for moving the grooved bar in a predetermined linear direction on the color developing plate; a magnet device provided under the color developing plate and making attraction force act on the grooved bar; and a magnet moving mechanism for automatically moving the magnet device in the predetermined linear direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
