PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a second hair coloring agent providing a mixture which is easy to apply and is excellent in spread, and in which an easiness of mixing and a prevention of dripping are compatible in the case of a low viscosity of the second hair coloring agent such as 2,000-5,000 mPa s, and further to provide a hair coloring agent at least including such the second hair coloring agent.;SOLUTION: There is disclosed a second hair coloring agent characterized by containing a higher alcohol, a nonionic surfactant, liquid fatty acid ester, liquid hydrocarbon, an ampholytic surfactant, and an oxidizing agent, and having a viscosity of 2,000-5,000 mPa s.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
