PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic vibration absorber which can easily change a frequency.;SOLUTION: The dynamic vibration absorber 10 comprises: a mass part 21; a support part 22 supporting the mass part 21; a frame 23 to which both ends of the support part 22 are connected; a deformation detection part 24 arranged at the support part 22 and detecting a deformation amount of the support part 22; and a tension adjusting part 25 capable of adjusting the tension of the support part 22. The vibration absorbing device 1 comprises the dynamic vibration absorber 10 and a control part 11 connected to the dynamic vibration absorber 10.
