PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytical method of collagen which can conveniently and accurately determine quantity.;SOLUTION: An analytical method of collagen uses a stable isotope labeled collagen. Using a mixture of the stable isotope indicator collagen and a measuring object collagen, or amino acid or peptide component derived therefrom as a test portion, the analytical method measures a mass ratio of mass of a measuring object collagen-derived peptide to a stable isotope labeled collagen-derived peptide, or a mass ratio of a measuring object collagen-derived amino acid to a stable isotope labeled collagen-derived amino acid by mass spectrometry, and quantifies the measuring amount of the object collagen and quantity of post-translational modified amino acid on the basis of the added stable isotope labeled collagen.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
