CUG/PNP COMMUNICATION SYSTEM IN SIP NETWORK, CONGESTION CONTROL DEVICE IN CUG/PNP COMMUNICATION, AND CONGESTION CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform congestion control for the unit of a group to which a SIP terminal belongs in CUG/PNP communication.;SOLUTION: A SIP server which detects congestion occurrence, reports a regulation start request to a congestion control device 100. Upon receipt of the regulation start request, the congestion control device 100 transmits to SIP servers 200 an instruction to collect traffic information for each group to which an accommodated SIP terminal belongs. On the basis of the traffic information from the SIP servers 200 responding to the collection instruction of the traffic information, the congestion control device 100 specifies a congestion factor for the unit of a group to which a SIP terminal accommodated in the SIP server belongs. When the congestion factor is specified, the congestion control device 100 transmits a communication regulation starting instruction to a corresponding SIP server 200 and instructs a communication regulation to the SIP server in which the congestion occurrence is detected, for the unit of a group to which the accommodated SIP server belongs. When congestion cancellation is reported from a side of the server in which the congestion is canceled, the congestion control device 100 transmits regulation cancellation to the SIP server executing the regulation, thereby cancelling the communication regulation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
