PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a language expression extraction apparatus configured to extract a desired phrase expression properly.SOLUTION: A language expression extraction apparatus 10 includes: a registration unit 11 which registers a phrase expression including a specific character string as a correct answer instance; an extraction unit 12 which generates a pattern of a character string including the phrase expression from document data, and extracts a character string expression included in the document data, on the basis of the pattern, as a temporary instance; an evaluation unit 13 which evaluates reliability for the temporary instance on the basis of a matching degree between characteristics of the character string expression of the temporary instance and characteristics of the phrase expression of the correct answer instance; and a determination unit 14 which determines a character string expression of the temporary instance refined from the temporary instances, as an instance, according to an evaluation result of the reliability.
