PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for managing health exercise and nutrition for officers and employees of a company.SOLUTION: A system for managing health exercise and nutrition for officers and employees of a company of the invention includes: multiple smart devices for the officers and employees of the company, to which a health exercise and nutrition management application is downloaded; a server that receives health exercise and nutrition information on the officers and the employees of the company through the smart devices and a wire/wireless communication, and provides personalized health exercise and nutrition services through processing the received information; and an administrator terminal machine that shares the health exercise and nutrition information with the server, by using the wire/wireless communication or a dedicated line, and uses the information. The system with the structure as above enables the officers and the employees to receive personalized health exercise and nutrition management services, and enables the company to use the information to increase productivity.
