PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simulate, for each of various conditions, a contagion risk of a possible infected person such as a medical worker, which may be caused by droplets from an infected patient.SOLUTION: A pathogen contagion risk estimation device 10 comprises: an input section 38 to which prerequisite in estimating a contagion risk is input; and a calculation section 40 which calculates a risk value expressing the size of a contagion risk by using a previously stored estimation formula based on the prerequisite input by the input section 38. The calculation section 40 calculates attachment areas of droplets which are assumed to be attached to respective sites in an environment by respective scattering directions having droplets, and calculates the risk value based on each of the attachment sites, positional relationship between the infected patient and each of the sites, producing probability of droplets depending on the condition of the infected patient, scattering probability of droplets in each of the scattering directions, reduction rates of droplets corresponding to an implementation status of predetermined contact prevention measures, and contact frequency to each of the sites per unit frequency of a work of a possible infected person in the environment.
