PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a structure of a hotel or a Japanese-style hotel is generally utilized as a healing space and a sleeping space and the structure is effective by simply attaining quietness or isolation from the outside thereby spending time in a relaxed environment, however it is considered that a result satisfactory for all users cannot be obtained.;SOLUTION: In a building structure of a hotel, a Japanese-style hotel or a user's own house, a bedroom with piping in which a filter and an air conditioner are additionally provided is compartmented within a room of the hotel, the Japanese-style hotel or the user's own house, an encapsulated-type bed is provided in the bedroom, and a material capable of presenting phytoncide, minus ions or hormesis effects is provided in the bedroom, thereby securing a healing space and a sleeping space.
