PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a plant control function construction system for instrumentation capable of easily constructing a process control function by a specification document described by general-purpose software.;SOLUTION: A plant designer creates a control information worksheet (in which information necessary for plant control is stored) with general-purpose terminal equipment. The control information conversion processing part of an operation console reads the control information worksheet for each control information from the general-purpose terminal equipment. The reading of sequence control information 412 is performed (step 500), and the reading of interlock control information is performed (step 501), and object sequence control as interlock control in sequences 1 to n is searched/sorted, and stored in an object sequence file 112 (step 502).
