Disclosed is a system for predicting the output from solar electric generating facilities capable of accurately predicting the output from the solar electric generating facilities by removing influence of voltage distribution of a distribution system. In a system (500) for predicting the output from solar electric generating facilities and for predicting weather, a correcting unit (570) for correcting the output from the solar electric generating facilities determines the output from the solar electric generating facilities without influences such as inhibitory control of voltage rise and shadows that cause a reduction in the output as an actual output correction value by removing the influences from the actual past output from the solar electric generating facilities (220). An identifying unit (550) for identifying correlational models of the output among the solar electric generating facilities identifies correlational models among correction values of the actual past output from the plurality of solar electric generating facilities (220). A predicting unit (560) for predicting the output from the solar electric generating facilities predicts the future output from the solar electric generating facilities (220) using the correlational models. A weather-information converting unit (590) converts the predicted value of the output into intensity of solar radiation.
