PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short distance radio signal transmitter/receiver and a short distance radio signal transmitting/receiving method which use digital high frequency processing technology, can replace an AD/DA converter with a polar converter and ZXD, can design low power of the short distance radio signal transmitter/receiver, can reduce a chip size and can reduce cost.SOLUTION: When a short distance radio signal to be transmitted is generated and the generated short distance radio signal is frequency-diffused to generate a base band signal, the generated base band signal of the short distance radio signal is converted into phase information, the phase information is converted into a high frequency signal to transmit it in a polar modulator. When the high frequency signal is received from outside, an intermediate frequency signal is detected, a detected zero-cross signal is converted into a digital signal after the zero-cross signal is detected from the detected intermediate frequency signal. The converted digital signal is converted into the short distance radio signal being a processible signal to process the signal.
