PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a pig for an atrioventricular block model; a monkey for an atrioventricular block model; a guinea pig for an atrioventricular block model; a method for causing the occurrence of atrioventricular block in the pig, monkey, and guinea pig; an evaluation method for efficiently and easily evaluating the occurrence of atrioventricular block; an atrioventricular block model utilizable for the pathologic analysis of atrioventricular block; and a production method thereof, for predicting the occurrence of atrioventricular block caused by medicine in the stage of a nonclinical trial.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to: a pig for an atrioventricular block model; a monkey for an atrioventricular block model; a guinea pig for an atrioventricular block model; a method for causing the occurrence of atrioventricular block in the pig, monkey, and guinea pig; an evaluation method for evaluating the occurrence of atrioventricular block; an atrioventricular block model; and a production method thereof, or the like.
