PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an explainer may continuously explain a plurality of articles for one customer and in the case where a certain item X is explained for an explained article A, for example, and the item X is included in explanatory items relating to an article B to be explained thereafter, if explanatory items relating to an article are managed for each article, the explainer has to explain the item X for the customer again when explaining the article B.;SOLUTION: An explanatory item management program functions a computer as reception means for receiving input specifying an article and a customer, extraction means for extracting an explanatory item that is not explained for the specified customer, from among one or more explanatory items corresponding to the specified article by referring to stored contents in a storage section storing an explanation history for the customer regarding the article, and output means for outputting the explanatory item extracted by the extraction means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
