PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a feature of a user who uses a mobile body usable for content distribution such as advertisement or the like to the mobile body.;SOLUTION: A device can efficiently enhance an advertising effect by estimating a movement section where a mobile body has been used and an action state at an end point from a history of position information of a user, and collecting the estimated action state at the end point of the movement section of the mobile body, thereby enabling selection of a content enhancing a recency effect by using the collected result as a characteristic of the mobile body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
