PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation efficiency guarantee device capable of setting a low provision price of power generation efficiency guarantee service.;SOLUTION: A power generation efficiency guarantee device comprises: a first calculation section for calculating a power generation efficiency guarantee value for a predetermined time period for each predetermined classified component of a power generation system comprising a power generation unit for generating power from renewable energy; a second calculation section for calculating meteorologically corrected power generation efficiency for the predetermined time period by using power generation amount data for each of the predetermined classified components of the power generation system and meteorological data on a place where the power generation system is installed; and a third calculation section for calculating insufficient power generation efficiency to be a guarantee object by filling a shortfall in power generation efficiency in periods where the meteorologically corrected power generation efficiency is lower than the power generation efficiency guarantee value for the predetermined time period, with an excess in power generation efficiency in periods where the meteorologically corrected power generation efficiency is higher than the power generation efficiency guarantee value for the predetermined time period.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
