PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide further rich application experience in an application system providing an application via a network.;SOLUTION: An application management device includes: plural application processing units each corresponding to each user terminal, that perform predetermined arithmetic processing on the basis of instruction information transmitted from each of plural user terminals and generate output information on the basis of a result of the arithmetic; a synchronization unit that mutually synchronizes timing at which the output information generated by each application processing unit is transmitted to each user terminal on the basis of timing of generating the output information by the application processing units; and a transmission unit that transmits the generated output information to each user terminal on the basis of the timing mutually synchronized by the synchronization unit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
