PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data evaluation device which can make personal information secret to allow data evaluation between users.;SOLUTION: A data evaluation device 10 for evaluating data on the basis of aggregation of information from a plurality of portable terminals 20 receives data from portable terminals together with terminal IDs of the portable terminals to store the terminals IDs, data, and data IDs relating to the data in association with each other; receives from a portable terminal 20A, terminal IDs of other portable terminals which the portable terminal 20A has received from another portable terminal 20B (S21); extracts at least one piece of data associated with the terminal IDs of the other portable terminals on the basis of the received terminal IDs of the other portable terminals and transmits the extracted data to the portable terminal 20A together with the data ID of this data (S22); receives at least one transmitted data ID and evaluation information relating to the data from the portable terminal 20A (S26); and calculates an evaluation value of data corresponding to the data ID on the basis of the received data ID and evaluation information (S27).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
