PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm correspondence state of each detected fault.;SOLUTION: A fault condition setting part 23 sets a correspondence state, which is entered according to a fault condition setting operation and which indicates condition of a response operation to each fault, in a fault hysteresis information of a storage part 14.
