PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To emit only normal output light by eliminating a secondary peak deviating from the output light.;SOLUTION: A lower end, corresponding to the other inclined side of a reflecting surface 13, of an inner wall surface 11d of a lateral wall 11b of a substrate 11 is brought in close vicinity to the central side of the reflecting surface 13 in such a manner as to be biased toward it, and an upper end thereof is inclined to get away from the central side of the reflecting surface 13.
