PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a curing agent- and/or curing accelerator-including capsule, which can freely control storage stability and curability, and moreover to provide a curing agent- and/or curing accelerator-including capsule which is obtained by the method, and a thermosetting resin composition manufactured using the curing agent- and/or curing accelerator-including capsule.;SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a curing agent- and/or curing accelerator-including capsule includes: a step which produces a seed particle which has a monocore structure in which a shell consists of a non-crosslinked polymer, and a core contains a curing agent and/or a curing accelerator; a step in which the seed particle is made to absorb an oily substance containing a radically polymerizable monomer and a polymerization catalyst in an aqueous dispersion medium to prepare a dispersion of a swelled seed particle; and a step in which the radically polymerizable monomer is polymerized in the swelled seed particle.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
