PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly evacuate a person in a building quickly by using an elevator without moving to the other story floor when a fire occurs.;SOLUTION: When the occurrence of the fire is detected by a fire detecting device 12, a control part 21 arranged in a group supervisory operation control device 11 sets a plurality of zones for making the elevator of respective cars respond to its occurrence place as a reference, and individually makes the elevator of the respective cars respond to these zones, and directly operates the elevator up to an evacuation story.
