PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device, a management method and a management program of clinical examination values capable of reducing the cost for reexamination.SOLUTION: A management device includes a storage part that stores plural processed and unprocessed examination values and an arithmetic processing part. The arithmetic processing part reads out examination values for creating parameters corresponding to an examination item from the storage part. When the absolute value of a correlation coefficient which is calculated by using a pair of examination values for creating parameters which are in a tolerable daily error relation and examination values of an identical subject is larger than a first threshold, the examination item and the tolerable daily error are determined as an available set. The main component and standard deviation of the pair of examination values for creating parameters corresponding to the set are calculated. A pair of management examination values of an identical subject corresponding to the pair is read out from the storage part to calculate the second main component. When the absolute value of a value obtained by dividing the second main component by the standard deviation is smaller than a second threshold, unprocessed examination values of the pair of management examination values are excluded from a reexamination target and stored in the storage part.
