PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separate type packaging processing device having a filling nozzle which performs reciprocation in synchronization with a bag which is intermittently transferred through a circular arcuate transfer path in which the setting of a reciprocation path of the filling nozzle is facilitated.;SOLUTION: The separate type packaging processing device includes a main arm 23 which swings, stretches and contracts in a horizontal plane and a sub-arm 25 pivotally supported on the top end of the main arm so as to be turned in the horizontal plane. A pair of filling nozzles are installed on the sub-arm 25. The filling nozzle is manually guided to stopping positions V, VI of the bag 5 which are set to be reciprocation starting points A1, A2, guided to stopping positions VI, VII which are set to be reciprocation ending points B1, B2. A circular arc having a radius r, an angle θ (equivalent to the radius and the transfer angle of the transfer path of the bag, respectively) passing through the reciprocation starting points A1, A2 is set to be virtual reciprocation paths 33, 34. The virtual reciprocation paths 33, 34 are corrected on the basis of a difference between coordinate positions between the virtual reciprocation ending points b1, b2 and the reciprocation ending points B1, B2 to be turned to reciprocation paths 35, 36.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
