PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce development and operation burdens of a system and also to make it possible for each apparatus to communicate with a communication partner without knowing the destination of the communication partner.;SOLUTION: A communication destination resolution device 3 comprises: storage means 35 which associates and stores a member ID, global ID, and local ID of each apparatus in a group managed by the communication destination resolution device 3; authentication means 32 which receives a destination resolution request including the member ID of a communication destination apparatus, and determines whether the global ID and local ID of a communication source apparatus of the destination resolution request are stored in the storage means 35 or not; and destination resolution means 33 which, if the storage means 35 has stored them, obtains the global ID and local ID corresponding to the member ID from the storage means 35, and resolves the destination of the member ID.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
