PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated structure of a building of column-capital base-isolated steel construction for enabling fire-resistive performance of a base-isolating device of the building of the column-capital base-isolated steel construction to be secured by using a fire-resistive covering material for the base-isolating device, acquiring general authorization.;SOLUTION: In this base-isolated structure A of the building 20 of the column-capital base-isolated steel construction, the base-isolating device 1 is interposed between an upper portion 4a of a lower concrete structure supporting member 4 and a lower portion 6a of an upper steel column 6 supported on the structure supporting member 4. A concrete member 2 with a predetermined thickness T, which secures the fire-resistive performance of the base-isolating device 1, is interposed between an upper portion 1b of the bas-isolating device and the lower portion 6a of the steel column 6; and the base-isolating device 1, which is interposed between the structure supporting member 4 and the concrete member 2, is covered with the fire-resistive covering material 3 for the base-isolating device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
