PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photograph seal game system which can set a photographed image as an icon image showing a user of web service.SOLUTION: A photograph seal preparation device photographs a photograph of a user and transmits a transmission image corresponding to the photograph to an image processor. When the image processor acquires an image registration instruction by the user, the processor acquires information required for registering the image on the user in web service which is provided on the Internet and becomes an image registration destination. The transmission image or an image corresponding to the transmission image is registered as an image showing the user in the web service in accordance with a procedure determined in the web service in response to the acquired information and the image registration instruction.
