PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air trap chamber allowing priming of a blood purifier to be efficiently performed in a simple method.SOLUTION: The air trap chamber includes: a first body 70 including a cylindrical straight part 71, a cylindrical upper end part 72 larger in diameter than the straight part 71, and a tapered part 73 connecting the straight part 71 to the upper end part 72; a second body 80 including a cylindrical body part 81 with its lower end side fitted to the outer surface of the upper end part 72, and a bottom plate 84 connected to the upper end of the body part 81; a blood inlet 33b provided in the side face of the tapered part 73 of the first body 70; a replenisher inlet 33e provided in the side face on the upper end side of the body part 81 of the second body 80; a drainage port 33d provided in the bottom plate 84 of the second body 80; and a drainage inner tube 86 provided at the inner surface of the bottom plate 84 of the second body 80 to communicate with the drainage port 33d and to extend from the inner surface of the bottom plate 84 along the longitudinal direction of a body 700 so that its tip 87 reaches an intermediate part between the replenisher inlet 33e and the blood inlet 33b.
