PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opinion analyzing device, an opinion analyzing method and a program for opinion analysis for determining whether or not an opinion included in a single text is an opinion changed from the past opinion of the describer of the text.SOLUTION: This opinion analyzing device is provided with: an opinion change clue expression extraction part for extracting an opinion change clue expression as a clue for determining whether or not an opinion included in an input text is an opinion changed from the past one of the describer of the text from the input text data, and for outputting it as expression data; and an opinion change determination part for outputting determination information indicating whether or not the opinion included in the data of the input text is an opinion changed from the past opinion of the describer of the text based on the degree of the opinion change from the past opinion of the describer of the text corresponding to the expression data.
