PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an elevator device capable of notifying a user entering a car that the elevator device cannot be used.;SOLUTION: An elevator device in which an operation mode is switched between an automatic operation mode and a non-automatic operation mode, includes: a photoelectric device 8 for detecting a user entering a car 1; a speaker device 7 for notifying the user entering the car 1; and a speaker control device 53 for controlling the speaker device 7. The speaker control device 53 makes the speaker device 7 notify the user that the elevator device cannot be used when the operation mode of the elevator device is a manual operation mode and the photoelectric device 8 detects the user entering the car 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
