PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a total acquisition cost calculation system of a site for appropriately calculating an acquisition cost of the site and a site acquisition management support method for supporting a site acquisition task.;SOLUTION: The total acquisition cost calculation system of a site includes display means for displaying target area lot graphic information by which an acquisition range site pertaining to a site acquisition task and a plurality of lots in a target area including the acquisition range site are graphically viewable, on a map, and further includes determination means for selecting an arbitrary one lot included in the target area lot graphic information and calling one lot property information coupled with the selected one lot, and then determining whether the lot is included in the acquisition range area, namely determining whether an included area is zero, whether the included area is the same as a lot total area, or whether the included area exceeds zero and is less than the lot total area, and acquisition cost addition means by comparing the included area with the lot total area and adding the total acquisition cost of the lot to the total acquisition cost. The total acquisition cost of the acquisition range site is calculated by repeating the determination means for all the lots shown in the target area lot graphic information, and by executing the acquisition cost addition means for the lots in which the acquisition target area exceeds zero.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
