PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary pressure dehydrator capable of reducing a water content of dehydrated cake. PSOLUTION: The rotary pressure dehydrator 1 is driven by a horizontal drive shaft 2, and includes: a sludge supply part 9 for supplying the sludge into a dehydration treatment chamber 13 with a pair of disk-like screens 7 and 8 each having many water permeation holes; a dehydrated cake discharge part for discharging the dehydrated cake; the first and second body covers 14 and 15 each mounted on the outside of the disk-like screens 7 and 8 and each having a drain pipe through which discharged water from the water permeation holes is discharged. The front screen 10 having many water flow holes 10a through which a part of the water in the sludge supplied from an inlet of the sludge flows to the outside of the supply part 9 is mounted between the inlet of the sludge of the supply part 9 and an inlet 13a of the sludge flow of the dehydration treatment chamber 13.
