PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform life or death monitoring of an IP telephone which is provided integrally with or separately from an automatic transaction device.;SOLUTION: An SIP server comprises: an initial setting processing function which sets the operation time of an IP telephone in a database; a response records reading processing function which reads response records of life or death determination for the IP telephone; a life or death determination processing function which determines life or death of the IP telephone on the basis of the response records read by the response record reading processing; and a failure processing function which, when it is determined that failure occurs in the IP telephone, performs countermeasure processing against the failure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
