PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively evaluate the reliability of an ID provider that is a providing source of attribute information. PSOLUTION: The system includes a Web application 401 that is a Web server which provides a Web service by web application execution; and an IdP400 which stores attribute information of a user of a browser device to be used in the web application execution. The Web application 401 includes a means for obtaining a message to be transmitted from the Web application 401 to the IdP400 when obtaining attribute information from the IdP 400 in the web application execution; a means for specifying and storing an obtaining destination of attribute information in the Web server based on the content of the message; and a means for calculating an evaluation value based on the use frequency as the obtaining destination of attribute information that is the use frequency of stored attribute exchange history information.
