PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a promoting and reducing agent for enhancing digestion and absorption in the interior of a body by heat-firing shells and natural zeolite in an electric oven, mixing the same, heat treating the mixture in an aqueous solution, dry-treating the same, subsequently crushing the same and adding the obtained mixture to green tea powders, drugs, health foods and the like. PSOLUTION: The method for producing the promoting and reducing agent for enhancing digestion and absorption in the interior of a body, used by adding the dried mixture to green tea powders, drugs and health foods is provided, wherein the dried mixture is prepared by mixing both shells of bivalve such as oyster shells fired at 500C temperature for 2 hours at first, then at 850C temperature for 8 hours and natural zeolite fired at 350C temperature for 5 hours at first, then at 480C for 2 hours, putting the mixture into an aqueous solution to heat at 90C for 48 hours, then drying the mixture to have 0.3% water content and pulverizing the dried mixture to have 10 m average particle size.
