PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interface that a user gets used to, concerning each onboard equipment on a plurality of vehicles utilized between a plurality of users.SOLUTION: An interface program 1c providing the interface is installed in the onboard equipment 1, and a history memory device 34 stores type information of the interface which corresponds to a type of the interface program 1c and user information by associating them with each other. Additionally, a changer 23 is installed, wherein the changer changes the interface of the onboard equipment which is mounted on the vehicle that the user boards to an interface of a high use type for the user, on the basis of the information stored in the history memory device 34.
