PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely introduce a new person in charge to a customer while achieving high-level appeal to the customer without requiring a plurality of times of introduction of the new person in charge, to lower cost for the financial institution, and to prevent the customer from feeling a nuisance.;SOLUTION: A financial institution person in charge introduction system includes an automatic transaction device to be operated by a customer for performing transaction, and a server which includes a database to store customer information and person in charge information, obtains information for introducing a person in charge from the database based on a customer ID received from the automatic transaction device, and transmits the obtained information to the automatic transaction device. When a person in charge is replaced, on transaction carried by the customer via the automatic transaction device, the server transmits the information to introduce the new person in charge attending the customer after the replacement to the automatic transaction device, and a display device in the automatic transaction device displays a screen for introducing the new person in charge by image information and character information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
