PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable laminated film capable of satisfying breaking resistance of a polylactic-acid heat-shrinkable film, and suitable for applications to shrinkage package, shrinkage binding package, a shrinkage label and the like for imparting transparency and a low-temperature shrinkage characteristic. PSOLUTION: This heat-shrinkable laminated film is constituted of at least two layers laminated with an A layer comprising a resin composition containing a polylactic acid resin as a main component, and containing core shell type rubber, and a B layer containing a resin composition as a main component comprising the polylactic acid resin, a polyolefin resin, and a prescribed compatibilizing agent, in this order, and has 20% or more of main-shrinkage-directional heat shrinkage rate, when immersed into 80C of hot water for 10 seconds.
