PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent residents from failing to hear an important broadcast and being unable to grasp the content of the broadcast according to a surrounding situation.;SOLUTION: A wind power detecting part 220 measures a direction of the wind and wind velocity of the surrounding of a public address system 200 and a sound pressure detecting part 230 measures a noise level of the surrounding noise of the public address system 200. Based on the direction of the wind, wind velocity and noise level detected by the wind power detecting part 220 and the sound pressure detecting part 230, a control part 240 calculates a position and an output volume of a parametric speaker 270 and moves the parametric speaker 270 to a calculated position. The amplification part 250 amplifies an audio signal transmitted from a master station device 100 to an output volume level which has been calculated by the control part 240, and the parametric speaker 270 amplifies the audio signal at the output volume level amplified by the amplification part 250.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
