Provided is a wind turbine blade realizing enhancement of performance by a winglet provided at a blade tip. The wind turbine blade (1) includes the winglet (3) formed by bending a tip side thereof toward a pressure side of the blade (7) relative to an adjacent portion (9) adjacent on a blade root side, and a CANT angle defined by a blade axial line (13) of the winglet (3) relative to a radial extrapolation line (11a) of a blade axial line (11) of the adjacent portion (9) is set to be 15° or more and 55° or less. The winglet (3) includes a tip end (3a) located on a tip side thereof, having a substantially linear blade axial line (13), and a bent portion (3b) located on a base end side of the winglet and bent relative to the adjacent portion (9). This bent portion (3b) is bent gradually so as to satisfy the predetermined CANT angle.
