PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a hybridoma producing a monochronal antibody peculiar to Tubularia mesembryanthemum actinula, Corynidae planula and Aurelia aurita planula larvae; a method for preparation thereof; a monochronal antibody peculiar to the three larvae or fragment thereof; a detection method for the three larvae; a detecting reagent; a detection kit; and a detector.;SOLUTION: The hybridoma is identified, which produces the monochronal antibody which shows a reaction to Tubularia mesembryanthemum actinula, Corynidae planula and Aurelia aurita planula larvae, but does not show the reaction to Megabalanus rosa cypris larva, Copepoda and Mytilus galloprovincialis pediveliger larva from the hybridoma obtained by fusing splenic cells of a mouse immunized by Tubularia mesembryanthemum actinula larva and mouse myeloma cells.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
