PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that the medical insurance system in Japan has serious financial problems, because of immediate full-scale falling of birthrates and aging of society, so, in order to reduce a medicine cost which is almost 7 trillion yen, active conversion into generic medicines from new medicines is required.SOLUTION: Data of prescription issued by a medical institution is read by a terminal of a patient, and the data of prescription is transmitted to collation determination means and then presence or absence of a corresponding medicine and related information are displayed on the terminal by list display. Then the generic medicine which the patient desires to purchase is selected, then the data is transmitted to a medicine preparing pharmacy for purchase reservation. The actually purchased medicine from the pharmacy is stored in an own terminal as a database for managing it.
