PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide expanded polystyrene resin particles which can obtain a polystyrene resin expanded form excellent in strength and scarcely scatter an expanding agent from the expanded resin particles, and have a long storable period (beads life).;SOLUTION: The expanded polystyrene resin particles are obtained by melt kneading a polystyrene resin and an expanding agent inside a resin supply device to form an expansion agent-containing polystyrene resin, extruding the melt resin through small apertures in a die, and cooling and cutting the resin, wherein a degree of whiteness measured conforming to JIS K7105, 1981 is 75 or less.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
