PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable air-conditioning system capable of preventing feet from being excessively cooled during cooling, and capable of preventing deterioration of work efficiency caused by discomfort due to the heat. PSOLUTION: The ceiling-embedded duct package air conditioner is arranged in an upper layer space, and first to fourth motor driving type switching dampers are connected in front and behind. By switching the dampers, during cooling, cold air from the package air conditioner is blown to an inside of an air conditioning target room from a blowout port on a ceiling surface, and the air after air-conditioned is sucked from an air distributing opening on a floor surface, and is returned to the package air conditioner through a rising duct. During heating, warm air from the package air conditioner is supplied to the air conditioning target room from the air distributing opening on the floor surface through the rising duct, and the air after air-conditioned is made to flow from a suction port on the ceiling surface to the upper surface space, and is returned to the package air conditioner.
